Eating disorders don't
"look like" any one thing. So care with us is never one-size-fits-all.
They can affect anyone. So if you're dealing with tough stuff around food, body image, and mental health, we want you to know you're not alone. Arise is a fully virtual eating disorder program started by and for people who have lived with eating disorders ourselves. We all came together to build a program that would actually see you, hear you, and put what you need first. This is eating disorder care, personalized for you.
Get started todayAll the care you need, in just a few hours a week.
Our fully virtual, comprehensive program includes
peer support from Care Advocates, therapy, nutrition, psychiatry, medical care, and group support so you can connect with others going through similar experiences. And it's just a few hours per week, so you don't have to take time away from work, school, and everything else going on in your life.

Recovery that works. Community that cares.

Personalized and inclusive care
We take the time to listen and learn from you — because where you come from, and what your goals are, matter to us. Our diverse team of providers get that the path to recovery looks different for everyone, so we'll build a care plan together that's just for you.

Fits into real life
Typical treatment requires you to spend many hours a week in care. We believe that care happens best when it's within the context of your real life, so with us, care happens in just a few hours per week. That way, you don't have to take time off from everything else going on in your life.

Community support
We believe healing happens within community — we've seen the power of it in our own recovery. That's why in our program, you have the support of a Care Advocate for 1:1 support and groups where you can connect with others going through similar experiences.
What do you get when you join Arise?
A Care Advocate
Therapy tailored to your specific needs
Nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian
Group support
Access to a psychiatrist and doctor as needed

ARISEÂ CO-FOUNDERS

We get it because we've been there, too.
Arise was started because we went through years of struggling with eating disorders and mental health ourselves. It was frustrating, exhausting, and felt like we were the only ones going through it. We don't want anyone to feel like this again.
Arise is a space where people can be themselves. Where they are surrounded by community. And where they get the right care to move forward in their lives. Because everyone deserves a chance to heal.
