OUR PROGRAM
With Arise, you'll have support that's all about you.
Coaching from someone who's been where you are
From the start, you'll work with a Care Advocate who has experience with eating disorders and is here to coach you through the tough stuff.
Weekly sessions with your specialized care team
You’ll have the support of your Care Advocate, therapist, dietitian, and others who will get to know you and help guide your recovery journey.
Connect with others on similar journeys
Join group support to connect with others who share similar identities and experiences, creating a community of healing for everybody.
We take insurance, because care should be affordable.
We know one of the biggest barriers to getting care is how much it costs — which is why we’re in-network with health plans, including Medicaid and Medicare.

So, how does Arise work?
We'll connect you to one of our amazing therapists who will listen to your needs and goals for care. Together, you’ll get to know each other and see if Arise is a good fit for your needs.
We'll then work together to determine a recommended care plan and get you connected with the rest of your team, including our incredible Care Advocates, registered dietitians, groups, and more.
From there, you're ready to get started on your Arise healing journey! We'll surround you with coaching, therapy, nutrition counseling, group support — you have access to it all so you can heal.
Healing is a unique journey for everyone.
What members are saying

Currently, we provide outpatient care. As we have a comprehensive program that includes a team of therapists, dietitians, psychiatrists, medical providers, and Care Advocates, we can support people with more intensive outpatient needs than just one provider alone.
Whether you're wondering if your day-to-day issues with food and body image are actually a problem, have been in treatment before, or have never been diagnosed with an eating disorder, we're here for you. If thoughts about food and your body are taking over, you feel out of control around food, and your mental health and life is being impacted by it all — you're in the right place.
When you sign up for a free welcome consult, we'll share more about the Arise program. From there, we'll do a clinical assessment and determine together if Arise is the right fit for your needs. If it's not the right fit at this time, we can support you in finding the right care. You're not in this alone.
Yes, you can join without a formal diagnosis! We know that there are many barriers to accessing care for eating disorders, and that it can often be difficult to get an assessment and reach a diagnosis. If you think that you are living with an eating disorder, whether it's self-reported or has been previously diagnosed, this program may be a good fit for you.
Arise Care Advocates have various backgrounds and experiences working with folks through programs like peer recovery coaching and in community-based settings. They are here to be your go-to person throughout the program — starting with listening and seeking to understand your experiences, supporting you in reaching your goals for healing, and supporting you at every step of the journey. They'll be available for one-on-one sessions, leading your community group, and supporting you between sessions, too over text message or email.
We're committed to making care more accessible and affordable. That's why we're accepting insurance from the start and are in-network with most insurance plans including Cigna/Evernorth, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Superior HealthPlan, Texas Medicaid, and much more.
So here's how pricing works with us:
1. Your monthly Arise membership provides direct access to a comprehensive care team including your Care Advocate, Therapist, Registered Dietitian, and as needed, a Psychiatrist and Primary Care Doctor. You'll also have access to peer support groups, meal support, nutrition education, and personalized digital tools.
2. While we are in-network with several health plans, it's important to note that each individual's plan can vary and some services may not be covered depending on your plan type and your usual co-pays and deductibles will apply. We offer a free benefits check call with our support team to discuss your coverage & estimated cost before you begin your care journey. Our goal is to ensure you have all the information you need to make informed decisions about your healthcare. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for assistance
3. Depending on where you go for labs, some may accept your insurance, but others may require you submit for out-of-network reimbursement — we'll help you to navigate this, too!
We also offer self pay options and aim to keep those costs reasonable for you.

These groups will be bringing together folks who have some shared identities, experiences, and/or backgrounds to surround each other with support. They will be led by Care Advocates and include 5-10 people. You will get to choose which groups feel right for you. Topics will vary week-to-week and also be open to what feels helpful for the group to discuss, which you'll decide together.
We know that healing from an eating disorder can feel so hard — many of our team members have been there, too, and we want you to know we're all here for you. Healing is a process, and the time that it takes will look different for everyone. We're here to support you at every step and build skills that you can take forward in your healing longer-term.
